Basic Policies

  1. By providing optimal solutions and faithful response, enhance customer satisfaction and build even stronger trusting relationships with customers.
  2. For no reason whatsoever will we approve contracts with content which violates laws or regulations.
  3. The contents of contracts are reliably made known to related people in charge (including people in cooperating companies) and to related departments, and are thoroughly carried out.

3. Thorough Information Management and Duty of Confidentiality

Basic Policies

  1. Respect laws and regulations related to information security; strengthen and continually improve the control structure throughout the company.
  2. Promote education and awareness activities in order to constantly raise the awareness and morals of employees, officers, and people in cooperating companies regarding information security management and personal information protection.

Basic Policies

  1. We comply with related laws and regulations including laws which apply to the customer’s industry, and carry out fair and clear transactions.
  2. Carry out transactions with cooperating companies and companies from which equipment is purchased based on agreements from equal positions. Also, selection decisions are made by objective criteria for superiority of technical strength, quality, price, and service.

  1. Collect the latest information on intellectual property such as patent rights and design rights, and work to acquire rights for the DTS Group, with the aim of expanding business.
  2. Collect the latest information on intellectual property, and strive to avoid creating losses for other companies through violating their rights.

6. Proper Business Management and Information Disclosure

Basic Policies

  1. The company’s business management is handled in accordance with the company’s internal rules. Also, keep accurate records based on facts for all transactions.
  2. Regarding information on business management results for which disclosure is demanded by laws and regulations (settlement reports, etc.), information disclosure is done by proper procedures according to laws and regulations.
  3. Information is disclosed to stockholders and investors actively and with proper timing, and we strive to increase the company’s proper value in the markets.

    4. Provide environmental education to DTS employees and employees of other companies who work at DTS facilities, to enhance consciousness of the environment.
