Diverse work styles that accommodate employees' life events

At DTS, we have implemented systems (flexible working hours, remote work, and flextime) that allow employees to work in a way that promotes work-life balance, tailored to their individual life events. These systems help reduce employee workload, maintain motivation, and build a system that contributes to the business.

[Flexible working hours system (My Select Time)]
We have introduced a flexible work schedule system that allows employees to adjust their start and end times, enabling early and late work patterns aimed at improving the quality of their personal lives. This system enables flexible working styles that take into account important life events such as childcare, elder care, medical appointments, self-improvement, and fatigue recovery, and is effective in reducing commuting stress, promoting continued employment, improving time management awareness, and boosting motivation for self-improvement.

[Remote Work System]
We have introduced a "remote work system" that allows employees to work from home, which can be used to accommodate life events such as pregnancy, childcare, elder care, illness, injury, and disasters.
While valuing face-to-face communication through in-office work and opportunities for new proposals and project planning through collaboration among employees, we have also established a system that allows employees who need it to choose a flexible work style using our "remote work system."

[Flexible working hours system]
We have introduced a "super flextime" system (without core time) that allows employees to efficiently allocate working hours according to busy and slow seasons, which is expected to improve productivity. This allows employees to work in a way that suits their lifestyle, making it easier to secure time for things like picking up and dropping off children, caring for family members, hobbies, and lessons, thus enriching their private lives.

[Reducing overtime work and increasing paid leave utilization rates]
We set goals each year to reduce overtime work and increase the rate at which employees take paid leave, and monitor these goals.
