Creating a prosperous future through IT (creating shared value)
The DTS Group is striving to address social issues, promote the sustainable growth of society, and increase its corporate value by identifying three material issues to create a rich future through IT.
Achieving business process transformation through DX
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, which integrates business functions such as order taking, production, and sales, as well as back-office functions such as accounting and human resources, emerged with the aim of optimizing the overall system, in contrast to core systems that were previously managed individually for each business or department. By centrally linking and managing internal data, ERP makes it easier to visualize the situation and collaborate between departments, enabling rapid management decisions. Enterprise Application Services (EAS), centered around ERP, have become a crucial foundation supporting the entire business process of a company.
DTS engineers and consultants act as a bridge between EAS vendors and companies seeking optimization, contributing to the transformation of business processes through the implementation and utilization of EAS.
- Supporting everything from establishing the foundation that underlies business transformation to enhancing customer touchpoints.
Corporate digital transformation (DX) goes beyond simply refreshing individual systems; it requires a comprehensive review of business processes, IT infrastructure, and customer touchpoints, and the establishment of a system that can be continuously utilized in the field. The DTS Group leverages its business understanding and technical expertise to support our clients' business transformation through standardization of cloud utilization, system modernization, and service digitalization.

Supporting society's IT infrastructure
DTS provides reliable, secure IT services in fields that support social infrastructure, such as finance, public services, and communications, and we contribute to building a sustainable society by improving maintenance and business efficiency. Not only are the systems that financial institutions use extremely large and complex, they require high-quality processing capabilities, making modernization time-consuming and very costly. Moreover, many use legacy systems built on outdated architecture, hampering their ability to swiftly launch new businesses and services, which becomes an obstacle to innovation for financial services. Thanks to the extensive operational knowledge and technical capabilities DTS has cultivated since its founding,we support the modernization of financial systems by meeting the advanced needs of financial institutions.
- Supporting the reliability of financial services and public institutions through advanced IT.
Systems supporting financial services and public institutions require accuracy, reliability, security, and continuity. Leveraging its business knowledge and system development capabilities cultivated in the public and financial sectors, the DTS Group supports society's IT infrastructure by streamlining system operations, enhancing information management, and strengthening measures against financial crime.

Creating a safe and secure IT environment
In recent years, cybersecurity threats and associated costs have been increasing. Cybersecurity is the effort to protect the assets (devices, applications, networks, etc.) of individuals, businesses, and government officials from cyberattacks such as unauthorized access and tampering from inside or outside. DTS contributes to the realization of "zero trust security" through integrated operations by combining multiple security solutions as a means for companies to protect their businesses from the risk of information leakage.
Furthermore, we provide "ReSM," a long-established operational monitoring service, to support the stable operation of the system.
- Building and operating a high-performance, highly reliable, and highly efficient IT environment that supports cutting-edge research.
