Sustainability Management
With the social issues and needs that corporations must address becoming more complex and varied, the DTSGroup views this time of great change as an opportunity for growth and will implement sustainability management from a long-term perspective.
DTS Group’s Sustainability
The DTS Group is striving toward sustainability management based on its management philosophy, “Technology is the power to make people happy and create greater enrichment in society,” while simultaneously recognizing the importance of balancing sustainable corporate growth with the realization of a sustainable society. We have identified key challenges to strategically address as material issues, are strengthening our sustainability promotion system, working to resolve social issues, and striving to realize sustainable growth for the Group.
To promote sustainability management, we have established a Sustainability Committee chaired by the Representative Director and President that deliberates on sustainability management, formulates strategies, and monitors overall conditions. In addition, the Board of Directors supervises sustainability management, and regularly reports on its progress.
We consider climate change and related sustainability and corporate social responsibility issues to be sustainability risks for the Group’s business and, accordingly, manage them through the Risk Management Committee.
